If you are using our Services on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms.
2. User Accounts
2.1 Account Creation
To use certain features, you must create an account. You agree to:
- Provide accurate, current, and complete information
- Maintain and promptly update your account information
- Keep your password secure and confidential
- Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
- Be responsible for all activities under your account
2.2 Account Types
- Customer Accounts: For booking tickets and stalls
- Organizer Accounts: For creating and managing events
- Admin Accounts: For platform administration (by invitation only)
2.3 Account Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms or engage in fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activities.
3. Event Booking & Tickets
3.1 Ticket Purchases
- All ticket sales are final unless the event is cancelled
- Tickets are non-transferable unless specified by the organizer
- You must present valid identification and your ticket at the event
- Prices are subject to change until purchase is confirmed
- We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged tickets
3.2 Stall Bookings
- Stall bookings are confirmed upon full payment
- Cancellation policies are set by individual event organizers
- You must comply with event rules and regulations
- Setup and breakdown times must be adhered to
3.3 Refunds & Cancellations
Refund policies vary by event:
- Event Cancelled: Full refund within 7-10 business days
- Customer Cancellation: Subject to organizer's cancellation policy
- No-Show: No refund for unused tickets
- Partial Refunds: At organizer's discretion
4. Event Organizers
4.1 Organizer Responsibilities
As an event organizer, you agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete event information
- Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
- Obtain necessary permits and licenses
- Maintain adequate insurance coverage
- Honor all confirmed bookings
- Process refunds promptly if event is cancelled
- Respond to customer inquiries in a timely manner
4.2 Event Approval
All events are subject to approval by GrooveTheQue Events. We reserve the right to reject or remove any event that violates our guidelines, is illegal, inappropriate, or potentially harmful.
4.3 Fees & Payments
Platform fees and payment terms:
- Platform fee: Percentage of ticket/stall sales (see pricing page)
- Payment processing fees: As charged by payment processor
- Payouts: Processed within 7 days after event completion
- Chargebacks: Organizer is responsible for chargeback fees
5. Prohibited Activities
You agree NOT to:
- Violate any laws or regulations
- Infringe on intellectual property rights
- Post false, misleading, or fraudulent content
- Engage in price manipulation or scalping
- Use automated systems (bots) to purchase tickets
- Harass, abuse, or harm other users
- Transmit viruses, malware, or harmful code
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
- Scrape or copy content without permission
- Create fake accounts or impersonate others
6. Intellectual Property Rights
6.1 Our Content
All content on GrooveTheQue Events, including text, graphics, logos, images, software, and design, is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
6.2 User Content
When you post content (event descriptions, images, etc.), you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, and display that content for the purpose of providing our Services.
You represent that you own or have the necessary rights to all content you post and that it does not violate any third-party rights.
7. Disclaimers & Limitations
7.1 Service "As Is"
Our Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that our Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.
7.2 Event Responsibility
GrooveTheQue Events acts as a platform connecting event organizers and attendees. We are not responsible for:
- The quality, safety, or legality of events
- Actions or omissions of event organizers
- Injuries, damages, or losses at events
- Disputes between organizers and attendees
- Event cancellations or changes
7.3 Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, GrooveTheQue Events shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues.
8. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless GrooveTheQue Events, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising from:
- Your use of our Services
- Your violation of these Terms
- Your violation of any rights of another party
- Your content or events posted on our platform
9. Payment Terms
9.1 Pricing
All prices are displayed in USD unless otherwise stated. Prices include applicable taxes. We reserve the right to change prices at any time, but changes will not affect orders already placed.
9.2 Payment Methods
We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and other payment methods as displayed at checkout. All payments are processed securely through our payment partners.
9.3 Failed Payments
If a payment fails, your booking may be cancelled. We are not responsible for failed transactions due to insufficient funds, expired cards, or payment processor issues.
10. Cancellation & Refund Policy
10.1 Customer Cancellations
- Cancellation policies are set by individual event organizers
- Refund eligibility depends on the event's cancellation policy
- Cancellation requests must be made through your account dashboard
- Processing fees may be non-refundable
10.2 Event Cancellations
If an event is cancelled by the organizer, you will receive a full refund of your ticket/stall price within 7-10 business days. Platform fees will also be refunded.
10.3 Refund Processing
Refunds are processed to the original payment method. Please allow 7-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
11. Content Guidelines
All content posted on our platform must:
- Be accurate and not misleading
- Not violate any laws or regulations
- Not infringe on intellectual property rights
- Not contain offensive, discriminatory, or harmful content
- Not promote illegal activities or violence
- Be appropriate for all audiences
We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these guidelines without notice.
12. Privacy

13. Dispute Resolution
13.1 Customer Service

13.2 Arbitration
Any disputes that cannot be resolved through customer service will be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
14. Modifications to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes by email or through a notice on our website. Your continued use of our Services after such modifications constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
15. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your access to our Services immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including:
- Violation of these Terms
- Fraudulent or illegal activity
- Requests by law enforcement
- Extended periods of inactivity
- Technical or security reasons
Upon termination, your right to use the Services will immediately cease. All provisions of these Terms that should survive termination shall survive.
